PERMITTED USE

The garage may be used only for vehicle parking and ordinary personal storage.

The following are prohibited:

• Living, sleeping, or residential occupancy

• Operating a business or receiving customers

• Automotive repairs, maintenance, detailing, painting, welding, or fuel transfer

• Smoking or open flames

• EV or battery charging

• Flammable, explosive, hazardous, toxic, illegal, or perishable materials

• Any activity that creates excessive noise, odors, electrical use, or disruption to apartment residents

Any stored vehicle must be operable, currently registered and insured, and free from fluid leaks. The renter may not block the driveway, garage access, or any shared access areas.

APPLICATION AND MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum credit score of 640

• Gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent

• Credit, identity, and rental/payment-history verification

• Co-signers may be considered

• One-year garage rental agreement

• First month's rent: $300

• Refundable security deposit: $300

• Total required before access is provided: $600

• Proof of appropriate insurance covering any vehicle and stored belongings
