4. Rental History

• Positive rental references from current and/or previous landlords.

• No history of lease violations or outstanding balances owed to landlords.

5. Security Deposit & Move-In Costs

• Security deposit of first month rent due at lease signing.

• First month’s rent due prior to move-in.

6. Occupancy Limits

• Maximum of 6 occupants per local housing code regulations.
