The unit includes a covered carport space for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles would need to park on the street. There are three heat sources in this condo: a gas fireplace, mini split and gas furnace. The Natural Gas bill is included in the rent amount.
Utilities: Basic Water, Sewer Garbage and Natural Gas included in Rent; Tenants are responsible for all other utilities.
