No excessive noise, no excessive drinking, no drugs, no parties, and no smoking.
Prefer no pets, but may consider tanked/aquarium pets or one small dog (under 30 lbs) with pet deposit and monthly pet fee. NO CATS
Should be available around the 2nd week in July.
