-Updated basement for additional hang out space or storage.
-1.5 car garage with room to park a vehicle, as well as driveway space for up to 3 more vehicles.
-Rent is $2,200 per month, security deposit is $2,000.
-Renter is responsible for Electric, Water, and Natural Gas Utilities.
-Renter is responsible for regular upkeep / cutting of the lawn + snow removal, and leaf pickup in the fall that can be set in the street for pickup.
-First month + Security deposit is due at time of lease signing.
-Move-in date is flexible for the right candidate.
-Prefer no pets but we recommend candidates with a good background to apply.
-Additional fee of $25 per month for any dog.
-1 year lease required.
-Renter insurance required, must show proof at time of lease signing.
-No smoking in the house.
-Everyone living in the home must be on the lease.
-Fridge, Stove and microwave are covered under the lease and will be covered for any functional problems.
