-Entire house has been renovated after we bought the house about 5 years ago intending to be our forever home. However, our family expanded so we had to buy something new.

-We updated almost every inch of the home between the Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms, Living room, Basement, yard, fence, etc

-Quartz countertops, New Vinyl plank flooring through the entire first level, and half of the basement, Stainless appliances, New Entry Doors and locks, New faucets and light fixtures.

-New windows in 2017. New roof in 2016. New concrete in 2016. New Siding in 2017.

-New furnace and water heater in 2022.

-I am only the 2nd owner since the home was built. We lived in the home for about 5 years prior to renting it out.

-Home is in a safe neighborhood with great neighbors, close to k-12 schools.

-Large fenced back yard.

-Updated basement for additional hang out space or storage.

-1.5 car garage with room to park a vehicle, as well as driveway space for up to 3 more vehicles.

-Rent is $2,200 per month, security deposit is $2,000.

-Renter is responsible for Electric, Water, and Natural Gas Utilities.

-Renter is responsible for regular upkeep / cutting of the lawn + snow removal, and leaf pickup in the fall that can be set in the street for pickup.

-First month + Security deposit is due at time of lease signing.



-Move-in date is flexible for the right candidate.

-Prefer no pets but we recommend candidates with a good background to apply.

-Additional fee of $25 per month for any dog.

-1 year lease required.

-Renter insurance required, must show proof at time of lease signing.

-No smoking in the house.

-Everyone living in the home must be on the lease.

-Fridge, Stove and microwave are covered under the lease and will be covered for any functional problems.

-Dishwasher is shown, but will not be connected for use.

-Call, text or email with interest and we can set up a showing!

-Under no circumstances should you send any deposit electronically to anyone. There are no holds or down payments. I will not collect or require any exchange of payment until you see the house in person and we meet, and agree to sign a lease. If we are not signing the lease together in person, please do not sent any money to anyone.
