The residence is tucked away in a safe & quiet neighborhood located in North Phoenix/Moon Valley near 7th Avenue and Greenway (85023); close to several shops & restaurants, and easy access to the I-17 & 101.
All of this for $1200 per month for one person, and split utilities which average $100 from each of us.
