The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel gas stove & fridge and dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. The spacious living room has large windows to brighten the room with lots of natural light. The rear bedroom has a door that opens to the enclosed patio area for some outdoor enjoyment. There is also a window AC unit in the living room.
Dual pane windows and ceiling fans help keep you comfortable through the summer heat and the private yard allows the family to enjoy those summer nights outside. There is a separate laundry room off the enclosed patio in back and a washer/dryer are available for use. We will consider pets with restrictions, please inquire when calling.

-Resident pays all utilities and must maintain the private yard
