A 3 or 6 month lease with month to month after that is ideal but I am open to different durations. Female or Male is fine as long as you are easy going, clean living, respectful, and can pass a background and credit check.
I'm a clean and quiet living professional male in my early 40’s that is excited about climbing, mountain biking, hiking, fitness and traveling. I also enjoy healthy eating and living. You'd have two other roommates (Male) in the house as well. They have similar interests and are in their 30's and 70's. It's a 5 bedroom house that allows us to spread out between floors. We have a clean/quiet living style and are looking for someone that is the same.
