While Colorado Peak Real Estate, Inc does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in no application fee being required (or possibly an application fee refund), we do still require that all tenants complete our application (click APPLY next to any property on our list of properties). Additionally, you will be deemed qualified (or not) based on the screening information/data provided on our independently pulled report, not based on information/data on your portable report. Please note that bona fide and compliant portable reports MUST come directly from the consumer reporting agency.

*If approved, there will be $50 Administrative Move-In and Move-Out Fees included in your lease due at time of move-in and move-out. You agree that this is an acceptable charge for the administrative time needed to show the property, process your application, and potentially prepare your initial lease.

In addition to your monthly rent the following monthly fees will be charged to include liability insurance $13.50 on all properties, $35 pet rent if applicable, monthly utilities to include trash fee if applicable, garage/parking rent if applicable
