On street parking is available along Evergreen. Tenant will need to get a post office box. Home deliveries from Amazon, UPS etc., are acceptable.
Basic utilities are shared with the main house; costs are based on occupancy.
This home is being offered unfurnished or partially furnished on a month-to-month basis. This home will be managed by owners who live onsite.
$45.00 application fee per applicant. $100,000.00 renters’ insurance required listing owner as additional insured and must be submitted to owner.
