Applicants must not have any evictions, lease violations, unpaid rent, late payments, collections, or bankruptcies in the last 7 years. A high debt-to-income ratio may affect approval. If below 650, proof of liquid funds covering 6 months rent is required along with additional month of security deposit. If your credit score is under 600, we require full rent payment upfront for your entire stay. Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent for short term, with verifiable proof such as pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns. Renters insurance required. 2 small dogs (upto 15 lbs, non-aggressive breeds - no cat please) allowed with $350 non-refundable fee each + $40/ month pet rent (per pet).
