Pets are negotiable.
Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If the applicant is approved for the move-in and does not take possession by the scheduled move-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited.
The application fee is $65. If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due at lease signing.
