This ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is designed for convenience and ease, with no stairs and quick access in and out of the building. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with clean finishes, wood style flooring, and thoughtfully selected furnishings that make the space feel both elevated and livable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need for a short stay or extended visit. The living area is set up for both relaxation and productivity, whether you’re unwinding after a long day or getting work done in a comfortable environment.
The bedroom offers a cozy, hotel quality bed, generous storage, and a calm atmosphere designed for rest. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a clean, functional layout and essential amenities provided.
As a guest, you’ll have access to a full range of community amenities, including a resort style pool, fitness center, co working areas, and beautifully designed lounges perfect for socializing or quiet time.
Also, we do our best to minimize environmental impact by using natural pest-prevention methods whenever possible.
Because our properties are part of a natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings, including bugs, spiders, flies, and similar, may be present on site or enter the unit. While we maintain high standards of cleanliness and pest control, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Properties that guarantee a completely bug-free environment often rely on strong chemical treatments, which is not our approach. We appreciate your understanding as we balance guest comfort, cleanliness, and environmentally mindful practices.
