This is my home, and I rent rooms to traveling professionals, graduate students, and others looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. You will have access to the entire lower level, which includes your private bedroom, living room, full bathroom, and a private entrance if you choose to use it. The shared washer and dryer are also located downstairs and are available for everyone in the house.

There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that each rent for their own rate - please inquire if you are interested. Those two rooms share a full bathroom. The main floor kitchen and front entry are shared by everyone in the home. Aside from the shared wash/dry in the basement, the basement living and space is for the basement tenant.

We also have two friendly cats that live in the home, so this may not be the best fit for anyone with cat allergies.

Because most residents work varying schedules, study, or work remotely, we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. If you're watching TV, listening to music, or taking calls in your room, we ask that you keep your door closed and the volume at a respectful level so everyone can enjoy a quiet environment for work, study, and rest.

This rental is single occupancy only, and we ask that any visitors be discussed with us in advance since this is our home. The house backs up to a beautiful pond and is located in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

This is an ideal space for a travel nurse, traveling professional, or anyone looking for a respectful, peaceful place to call home during their stay. I do decorate during the holiday so keep that in mind - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc. Please let me know if you have any questions!
