Southwood Flats, part of the Atwood Management family of unique campus communities, is conveniently located just down the street from Minnesota State University – Mankato (MSU). Our pet-friendly community offers off-street permit parking, on-site laundry, and spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each home features a dining area overlooking the living room, a private balcony or patio, air conditioning, and high-speed internet access.
For a limited time, application fees are waived! Plus, in honor of our upcoming dog park, your first six months of pet fees are waived.
Apply within 24 hours of your tour and receive a $1,000 rent credit toward your second month’s rent!
Bonus Incentive: Sign a lease for the 2026–2027 lease term and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a MacBook!
