Step outside with access to hiking and snowshoeing trails directly from the property to Gunstock trails. Located just minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort, you'll have easy access to skiing, snowboarding, tubing, cross-country skiing, and the many winter activities the Lakes Region has to offer.
Tenant responsible: fuel, electricity, snow removal, lawn maintenance, and trash service
Internet will remain in the owner's name; tenant will reimburse the owner for the monthly internet cost
PLEASE NOTE: Hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with owner approval for an additional pet fee ($50). No other pets, sorry.
No Smoking! Application Fee $35 - Credit/Background check required. Tenants must obtain Renter's Insurance.
