The sleeping area features a Casper Comfort Cooling mattress with premium linens, while the modern bathroom includes plush towels and contemporary fixtures. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience throughout your stay.
Building & Unit Features
The Pearl is a fully furnished turnkey home, with all utilities included. Guests enjoy a private balcony, high-speed internet, a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, in-unit laundry, and secure building access. Residents of Couch 9 also have access to a fitness center, rooftop resident lounge, business center, secure bike storage and package room, as well as a full-sized self-service dog wash.
