J. Brittain Associates is a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in Property Management. Our Broker/Owner, Janet, started her real estate career in 1981 and was a top producer. Janet often felt conflicted when choosing how to best serve both her buyer clients and her rental clients. In October of 1985, she chose to commit to Property Management and at 26 years young, she opened her own business specializing in it. Thirty-five years later, J. Brittain Associates has a staff of 8 and manages over 800 residential rental properties. Janet’s daughter, Hannah, is a Realtor like her mom and has joined the JBA family as Operations Manager. Janet and Hannah are both proud graduates of Jacksonville State University.
