Our Policies:
* 2 part approval process, 1- preapproval/showing, 2- verification/ $35.00 ap fee.
* Average of 650 credit score and $6,300 monthly income required.
* $2,100 per month, plus utilities (Gas, Water/Garbage, Electric).
* Require 1st and Last and $1,000 security deposit. Total $5,200.
* Pets are allowed with pre approval and additional fees.
