Enjoy the best of Rockridge in this newly built, light and modern hideaway! Your casita is located on a peaceful and quiet street less than a block off College Ave with its own patio and lots of natural light including a large skylight and window seat.

This home can come partially furnished (bedroom only) with brand new appliances including a kitchen with 2 burner induction stove, a microwave, it’s own washer/dryer, heat plus A/C and an on-demand hot water heater.

Relax with a book on the large window seat or enjoy a movie on the 55” flat screen TV with in ceiling speakers and Sonos. With its own private patio you will also have your own outdoor space to hang out in and enjoy our lovely East Bay weather. A dedicated outdoor storage shed is also included with the rental.

Just a short walk to College Ave and all its shops, restaurants and amenities you will also be an 8 minute walk to Market Hall and Rockridge Bart, 10 minutes to Trader Joe’s and 15 minutes to Safeway.

All utilities except gas and electric are included in the monthly rental rate and we can also make wifi available at no additional charge.

Please note: this is a detached casita on our owner-occupied property, with its own private patio. Access to the casita is through a shared backyard used by both households. We have a friendly medium-large dog- shes currently kept to our deck and gated areas, but as owners we may have her in the shared yard at times. Were happy to walk you through the layout so you can see the space and whether its a fit.
