BUILDING RULES
-You will be required to fill out an online PDF form to register as a guest of the building (It is required to enter the property).
-Guests with pets: The building charges a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $500. The guest is responsible for making such payment before check-in (It is required to enter the property)
- Pets with an extra fee of 225 security refundable deposit and 150 cleaning pet fee non refundable.
