Completed in 2007, The Loft 2 was developed by The Related Group of Florida and designed by the award-winning architecture firm Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates. The apartments at The Loft 2 feature concrete floors, open floor plans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a stacked washer/dryer.

This registration fee is not included in the Airbnb fee. Must be paid at the reception of the building before the check-in. (It is required to enter the property).
-Guests with pets: The building charges a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $500. The guest is responsible for making such payment before check-in (It is required to enter the property)
*pets with an extra fee of 225 security refundable deposit and 150 cleaning pet fee non refundable.
