Hello, I'm Patrick, the owner of house. Im a registered nurse for 10 years. I previously had roommates but they all moved out. So I figured it didn't make sense for me to live in the house all alone. I have an RV in a RV parking lot next to the house, separated by a wooden fence, which I'll be staying in. Which will give you complete privacy. I have 2 dogs with me. I'll be managing the property. 2200 securty deposit. 1700 for the first month and 2200 after that, utilities included. Communication and transactions will be through the Turbo Tenant app.
Requirements:
-No history of evictions
-At least $5000 of monthly income.
-$55 application fee through turbo tenant will include background check and credit check.
