About the roommates:
I tend to switch between introverted and extroverted, so am happy to have a chat or leave roommates to do their own thing. I enjoy playing volleyball whenever I can and and will often curl up on the couch with my kindle. I appreciate keeping communal areas clean, but am by no means a clean freak. I work in inspections, so will occasionally be gone for multiple days at a time.
The other roommate is an older gay man named Phil who I met through a mutual love of volleyball who is super nice and mostly keeps to himself (love for volleyball not required to live here :)
I’m hoping to find some kind, friendly roommates who are able to communicate effectively to create a pleasant home together. Please respond with a little about you/what you're looking for in prospective roommates when reaching out to schedule a house tour.
