The Lodge at Sherwood Village has a restaurant a short walk away, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Pets
One small dog considered on a case-by-case basis with $50/month pet rent + $500 refundable pet deposit, if allowed.

Applicant Criteria
We seek responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept co-signers or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
