Was initially used as a nightly rental in the past but has proven to be a great long term rental. Utilities are separate and will go in the tenant's name. Owner pays for HOA. Due upon signing is the first month's rent (3400) and the security deposit (3400 + 1500 furniture deposit). Start date is 9/1 but could be sooner. 9 month - 1 year lease. NO smoking.
