Snowbird is a quiet condo community with only 10 units on property. You will enjoy the mountain and lake views from your condo windows and the hiking trails out your front door. Every room has been carefully furnished to create a warm and welcoming mountain retreat. From comfortable living spaces to a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room, youll find everything you need to settle in from day one. Simply bring your personal items & recreation gear and start enjoying mountain living! There are three bedrooms including a master suite (queen bed), desk/office space, laundry + closet, bathroom, & bonus loft with additional walk-in closet for ample storage. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed (twin/full) & the other has a queen bed. Sorry, no pets allowed. This is a one year rental per HOA, but if circumstances change and you need to break the lease, a 30 day advanced notice will be accepted with no penalty.
