The beach is steps from the backyard. You can stroll along the shoreline, skip rocks, or watch the sunrise over the bay without ever getting in a car.
Utilities, including Internet, are included except for charges over $150/mo for electric. No need to put it in your name! This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. This is our winter rate.
This is a great retreat for families or guests looking for a peaceful place to call "home" for a bit longer stay. The home is bright, comfortable, and designed for relaxation, with an ocean view that sets the tone for peaceful mornings and cozy evenings. The backyard is lush, open, and perfect for outdoor meals, games, or simply lounging. Blazing fast Internet for working or schooling from home.

Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
