This unit is a duplex, it has been updated with new paint, new LVP flooring and a new refrigerator, stove and stack washer and dryer. The microwave and dishwasher are newer. Lighting and fixtures have been replaced. This unit has a back patio and yard space. Small pets will be accepted with a positive score from [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] and pet rent of $50.00 per month per pet. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. No smoking of any kind allowed. The non-refundable fees of this unit is $600.00 to be used for lock re-keying and standard clean at move out.
New Heights Property Management, LLC does not accept Comprehensive Reusable/Portable Tenant Screening Reports. There is a non-refundable screening (application) fee of $54 PER PERSON for all occupants over the age of 18. No application will be accepted until you have viewed the home with one of our agents or employees. Applicant must be on time for showing appointment or reschedule with a timely call (failure to do so results in denial of the application) The rental criteria can be found on our website. Minimum credit score 650, positive rental history, and gross income must be 3xs the rent amount.
