It is a true ski-in with 4 OClock Run ending right across the street from the building. The Snowflake lift is a few blocks up 4 OClock Road & the Gondola and Breck Transit Center are about two blocks north. You can also access any of the other lift locations from the ski area and/or Town of Breck bus routes that pick up across the street. The Blue River runs directly behind the apartment.
This apartment has been extensively renovated. The whole place has been painted and it features new hickory engineered wood flooring in the entryway, hallway and main living area and new custom tiling in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and appliances have all been upgraded. The hallway features two closets and a small entry area, all upgraded with gorgeous knotty alder doors and trim. The lighting throughout has been replaced and upgraded with led fixtures. Almost everything has been upgraded in the bathroom as well - its really nice!
The exterior of the building just had a full redo in 2025 and looks great. Its a excellent upgrade.
For utilities, electricity, heat, water and trash are all included. Internet and cable television are not included but are available. There is a coin-operated laundry room in the Blazing Saddles building.
Residents at Blazing Saddles are not allowed to have pets and no smoking of any kind is permitted in the apartment or building. Additionally, parking can be tight in the Blazing Saddles complex. There is only one parking permit included with this unit, so theres only room for one car.
