The Space
The Room: A very spacious, private basement level. It can come partially furnished depending on your needs.
The Bathroom: You will have your own private full bathroom and shower downstairs.
Shared Areas: You will have full access to the main floor, which includes a fully stocked kitchen, new flooring, and two outdoor decks (one upstairs, one downstairs).
About Us
You will be sharing the house with two 30-year-old male professionals. We work from home a few days a week, so we keep the house quiet, clean, and respectful of everyone's privacy, but we still maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.
Location & Commute
Parking: Resident parking lot with plenty of guest parking available.
Transit: Very commuter-friendly. Easy access to OmniRide commuter buses, trains, and slug lines.
Drive: Roughly 45 minutes to DC, or 30 minutes if you use the HOV lanes. Great location for military/Pentagon commuters.
Requirements
Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any kind.
Screening: A background, criminal, and credit check through RentSpree is strictly required for all applicants.
Note on Pictures: The first few photos show how the current roommate has the basement set up. The photos after that show the space empty and before a doorway was installed.
