-$85 flat rate fee per month for water, sewer, garbage.
-$80 flat rate fee per month for Google Fiber internet.
-$50 flat rate fee per month for parking (optional).
-$20 per month for common area maintenance.
-Electric bill should be placed in tenant's name with utility provider, monthly cost based on usage.
Application fee is $40 per person over 18 years of age. This is a non-smoking property.
We are offering a 12-24 month lease agreement. The security deposit is $750, and $200 is non-refundable.
Rental Criteria:
Must provide a valid US gov't ID
Minimum credit score is 600
Must provide proof of income at or over 3x the monthly rent amount
Provide rental references and proof of employment
Clear background screening
We allow cats and dogs with breed and weight restrictions. Cat's MUST be litter box trained. Maximum 2 animals per unit. Monthly animal rent is $50 per animal. Animal deposit is $350 ($200 non-refundable) for one pet and $500 ($300 non-refundable) for 2 animals.
Breed Restrictions will apply- Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
