- Lease: 1-year required
- Application Fee: $50 per adult, non-negotiable, includes full credit and background screening
Pet Policy:
- Cats are always welcome!
- Small dogs under 15 lbs only with a strict weight limit and no exceptions under any circumstances.
- Each pet requires a $250 non-refundable pet fee at move in, $50 per month in pet rent added to your base rent, a signed pet agreement before any pet enters the unit, and up to date veterinary records renewed annually.
- Management reserves the right to revoke pet permission if the agreement is violated.
No exceptions to size or policy requirements.
