The upstairs living room opens onto the large deck where there is plenty of comfortable chairs for relaxing in the sea breeze and the sound of the waves on the shore. There is access to outside from both levels. Fully fenced in backyard.

Buddy's Sandcastle is on the third row, meaning the water side of the second block from the beach, and beach access is on Glenn Street, which is one block closer to the water. To walk there, turn left out of the driveway then turn right onto the access path across the street, just to the left of the house across the street. Cross Glenn St and the beach access is right there. The entire walk is just a few yards.
