The furnished dining room, kitchen, above ground patio, front outdoor patio and entrance are shared but, everything else is private for the renters. The home is very spacious and worth a tour(virtual option available). We are very clean, respectful and quiet and looking for someone like-minded.
The Basement Level: Landlord would be living in the basement level of the home 95% of the time. Has a 11-yr old 26lb Beagle Jack Russel Mix dog who is very obedient, trained.
Top Level: 25-yr old female would be living in her space 90% of the time. Has a respectful, and very quiet dog who is obedient and trained.
