The home features four bedrooms with one king bed and three queen beds, three full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, in-unit laundry, an attached garage, and generous living space.
The kitchen includes a large island, stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinetry, cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary starter coffee supplies, and a countertop air fryer. Guests can also enjoy the covered patio, fenced backyard, furnished outdoor seating area, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, central air and heat, and room-darkening shades.
The home is well suited for traveling healthcare professionals, corporate travelers, relocating professionals, project personnel, and families needing temporary furnished housing. It offers convenient access to Queen Creek, shopping, dining, healthcare facilities, and major transportation routes. Quail Ranch is a newer residential community with walking and biking paths. A community pool is planned but is not currently available.
Security and privacy: The home is equipped with an ADT security system and two exterior security cameras—one monitoring the front/garage area and one monitoring the exterior rear patio area. There are no cameras inside the home.
Rental terms: Monthly rent is $3,400. Utilities are included up to a combined monthly allowance of $95- the tenant is responsible for usage above that amount. A $2,000 refundable security deposit and $350 nonrefundable cleaning fee apply. No smoking and no pets. Each adult applicant must complete tenant screening, and a signed rental agreement is required.
