This house was part of the Dubuque Old House Enthusiasts Tour in 2014. She is special to us.
The original owner, Gustavus Heine, set his architect to the task of mimicking the Spanish Revival home style he and his wife fell in love with with while on their visits to Tampa. Throughout the home the architectural details of a Spanish Revival home abound including the custom arched doorway, art deco light fixtures, traditional Saltillo type clay tile floors, custom metal windows and arched ceiling above the entrance to the Veranda balcony with beautiful arched glass doors just to name a few.
We offer this home to tenants and guests as a special home to enjoy.
