A/C. Stacking W/D in unit. Bedding and linens supplied. Designated 2 parking spaces & 2 guest spaces. BBQ. Security deposit is $1500 refundable upon property being returned in the same condition. A medium to small sized, well behaved canine fur baby is welcome. No smoking/vaping please.
Great location between Middletowns First and Second Beaches, only 12 minute drive to downtown Newport. Walk, bike, wildlife watch, watersport and Middletown dining and pubbing, are minutes away. Flexible occupancy. Tenant pays for electric heat, hot water, A/C. WIFI. Easy to schedule a tour!!
