Each student will have to upload an ID and unofficial transcript. Each cosigner would have to upload ID, proof of income and a bank statement.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Must put City of Newark Electric and Delmarva Power gas into their name. Water and sewer will be billed to account. Tenant is responsible for wifi, cable, etc. Renter's insurance is required and owner/agent must be named as coinsured. $300,000 liability minimum per policy.
$245 per tenant fee required at signing for trash collection & grass cutting,
Lease is for 342 days - June 25 2027 through May 31, 2028. Rent for the term is $70560.00 divided into 12 equal monthly payments of $5880.00. $5880.00 June 2027 rent is due at signing. $245 per student fee due May 1, 2027. $5880.00 security deposit due June 1, 2027.
