Moana Lane, Suite 200, Monday-Thursday between 9am-12pm, and between 1pm-3pm, and on Friday between 9am-12pm.You will need to bring your driver's license or government ID, and a $50 cash deposit, that you will receive back, once you return the key to our office.
TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES

$35 per month reimbursement for garbage/recycling.
$8.50 per month tenant services fee.
$125 Move-In/lease processing fee.
