Whether your trip is for work, to enjoy Anchorage or to get out and explore this beautiful state, we welcome you. Our little MIL is clean, serene, with a Cali/Scandi aesthetic making it the perfect setting to recharge.
The space
Recently remodeled with Airbnb guests in mind, the space is an above garage MIL apartment, light and welcoming, hypo-allergenic, with one bedroom, one bath, a full sized galley kitchen, dining space for four, with comfortable seating for relaxation. There is a 60" smart TV, lightning fast WIFI, smart locks/thermostats. Currently we have a queen sized bed with a walk in closet to store your clothes and travel gear. We also have black-out shades for sleep management during the midnight-sun months.
Guest access
The unit is pretty much stand alone and the yard is open access and off street parking is available. Shared laundry room with two brand new LG stacked washers/dryers for those dirtier adventurous outings.
The neighborhood
Nestled in Westchester Lagoon, South Addition Neighborhood of downtown Anchorage. Four blocks away is New Sagaya City Market. The heart of downtown is a few minutes walk, along with the park strip, and mid-town... Spenard, Bear Tooth Theater, and REI are just up the hill.
Getting around
The MIL is one block from the Chester Creek trail system and there are bicycle rentals located downtown, also bus stops nearby. The airport is 5 miles away or a 11 minute cab ride.
