Just across from YMCA. with low membership prices that include a indoor swimming pool, fitness classes and across from the Bangor Historical Society. The room includes all utilities, free wifi and keyless entry to the secured bldg.
To all prospective tenants, please take into consideration the following requirements when applying for one of our units:
1. We do not accept any housing or subsidy vouchers;
2. You MUST be able to pass a background check, those unable to will be denied;
3. You must have a credit score above 600. If your credit score is not above 680, an additional fee will be charged monthly;
4. Housing payment should not exceed more than 30% of your monthly income.
5. We do not allow pets in our boarding houses.
