- Verify Rental History
- Gross monthly household income must be 3 times the rent
- Must obtain renters insurance for the duration of the lease.
- No evictions in the last 2 years – any money owed to any previous landlord must be half paid and on a payment plan for the other half
- Criminal History check will be ran (no felonies within the past 5 years)
- Security deposit starts at $1000 or 1 months rent, whichever is greater, and can increase depending on credit and rental history
- Security deposit and first months rent due before move in as well as proof utilities have been switched into your name.
