Living area is nice, open and vaulted with neutral colors and laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen areas. This home is total electric and includes use of refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave. The garage was enclosed into 2 areas (shown in pictures) and could be used as additional storage, rec room or man cave. The enclosed garage areas CANNOT be used as a bedroom. Because the garage was enclosed, there is NO GARAGE and the garage door does not open.
(Please note that the small exterior storage building currently outside of the fence is NOT included.)
Utilities and Yardcare are the tenant’s responsibility.
