Rent is $1,275/month with a minimum of $1,275 required for the security deposit or ask about our Surety Bond option for minimal move in cost! Water, sewer, and trash will be billed back at a flat rate of $75/month, electricity and gas is in the tenants name through Xcel.

Pets are negotiable at this property - there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee (up to 2 pets) and $50 pet rent/month.
