The carpet is brand new, we've replaced the bathroom sink and drain and installed new shelves in the bathroom closet. To help with the summer heat, we just installed a ceiling fan in the dining room. We strive to continually modernize and improve our apartments!
In addition to the large bedroom closet, there is a coat closet and a linen closet in the bathroom with new built-in shelving.
We strive to keep our property and apartments maintained and modern. This apartment is in very good shape and we always ensure it will stay that way! The manager/maintenance team lives on-site and quickly tackles any issues our residents have.
All of our apartments have wood-burning fireplaces to warm up by during the chilly winter months. The large, west-facing deck (approximately 60 square feet!) looks out over our large courtyard surrounded by rhododendrons and hydrangeas - a perfect place for relaxing in the outdoors and enjoying some fresh air.
Our laundry room is not far and has up-to-date, high-capacity washers and dryers (coin-op and app-based).
We do allow cats and do not charge "pet rent." Sorry, we do not permit dogs.
Parking is reserved and included in your rent (limited).
Water/Sewer/Garbage is a monthly fee of $75.00.for one adult and $95.00 for two adults.
Located just north of downtown Bothell on Bothell Way NE, we are two blocks from McMenamins Anderson School and a ten minute walk from all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Downtown Bothell. We offer a perfect location for commuting, close to SR522, I405 and I5. Rather bus or bike? Bothell Park and Ride is a fifteen minute walk (or shorter bus ride) away, as is the Sammamish River Trail / Burke Gilmann Trail.
