Pacifica Apartments Is a Beautiful 1919 Victorian building located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach on Pacific Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets, Pine Ave, Shoreline Village and the beach along with The Long Beach Transit Mall and Metro Blue Line are all in walking distance. The Cal State campuses and all major freeways are just a few minutes away.
The studios are approximately 500 square feet which includes a large living area with laminate flooring and wall to wall walk-in closet with double sliding doors and plenty of built-in shelves. The closet opens up to a small hall which would be perfect for an office or a powder room.
The kitchen is a full kitchen with a new gas stove and refrigerator, plenty of cupboards and drawers.
The building has controlled entry doors, two common use balconies and onsite laundry. Parking is not included; street parking or monthly permit parking lots are both available.
The electric, gas, water and trash utilities are all included in your monthly rent. Maximum occupancy is TWO people.
