- Criminal History check will be ran (no felonies within the past 5 years)
- Security deposit starts at $1000 or 1 months rent, whichever is greater, and can increase depending on credit and rental history
- Security deposit and first months rent due before move in as well as proof utilities have been switched into your name before move in.
