With over 250 North Carolina vacation rentals available, Greybeard offers a variety of options. From in-town bungalows to remote Asheville NC cabins on top of the world, we can assist you with the perfect vacation home. We rent homes for the weekend, week, month, or year.

During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Montreat Apartment - 1 bedroom,1 bath, FURNISHED ground floor apt in Montreat.  Rent includes water and power. Tenant would be responsible for gas. One parking space only. Owners and vacation renters are upstairs in the main house occasionally and there is a separate room rented on the ground level.  Shared washer/dryer area. King bed.
Monthly rent is $1200. Sorry but no pets;
One month rent security deposit. $40 application fee for credit/criminal check.
