Our ranch homes are all one level with no one above you and have a one car attached garage, they have the feel of a house. We have two different floor plans to choose from. The Regency is 1031-1070 sq. ft. and the rent can range anywhere from $945-$1,090. The Majestic is 1072 sq. ft. and the rent can range anywhere from $1,000-$1,150.
